Brains suck...

I really hate having a brain; why is this mandatory?

I spent yesterday having a severe breakdown, probably due to a cPTSD trigger, that makes so little sense I don't think I can explain it.

But a sizable portion of my brain just wishes I was dead so I wouldn't have to deal with neurotypicals, loud music, gender, being circumcised, etc...I'm not in any actual danger, though, just miserable.
